Located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level
The grapes are picked and harvested entirely by hand. The must ferments in steel tanks. The maceration lasts 10 days at a temperature of 26 ° C.
After the fermentation, the wine still passes into the steel for decanting and then placed in medium sized and large oak casks, where it remains refined for 4 months.
